ઓર્ડરમાં ફેરફાર અથવા રદ / Changes or cancellation
ઓર્ડરમાં ફેરફાર કે રદ કરવાની જરૂર હોય તો ઓર્ડર નંબર સાથે તરત સંપર્ક કરો. કસ્ટમ માપ, ડિઝાઇન અને કામની સ્થિતિ પ્રમાણે વિનંતી તપાસવામાં આવશે. ફક્ત વિનંતી મોકલવાથી ઓર્ડર રદ થયેલો ગણશો નહીં; લેખિત જવાબ મેળવો.
Contact us promptly with your order number to request a change or cancellation. We will assess the custom dimensions, design and stage of work. Sending a request does not itself confirm cancellation; obtain a written response.
ખોટી, નુકસાનવાળી અથવા અલગ વસ્તુ / Wrong, damaged or different items
મળેલી વસ્તુમાં નુકસાન, ખોટી વસ્તુ અથવા ઓર્ડરની મંજૂર વિગતો સાથે તફાવત હોય તો ઓર્ડર નંબર, ફોટા અને સમસ્યાની વિગતો મોકલો. તપાસ પછી સુધારો, બદલી અથવા રિફંડ અંગે તમને જવાબ આપવામાં આવશે. પરત મોકલતા પહેલાં પરત આપવાની રીત અને સરનામું સંપર્કથી ચકાસો.
If an item is damaged, incorrect or differs from the agreed order specification, send the order number, photos and issue details. We will review the issue and respond about repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Confirm the return method and address before sending goods back.
કસ્ટમ બનાવટ / Custom fabrication
કસ્ટમ વસ્તુમાં માપ, મટિરિયલ, જાડાઈ, ડિઝાઇન, ફિનિશિંગ અને ફિટિંગની વિગતો ખાસ મહત્વની છે. ઓર્ડર પહેલાં આ વિગતો ચકાસો. પ્રોડક્ટ અથવા ક્વોટમાં જણાવેલા વિશિષ્ટ નિયમ અને લાગુ પડતા ગ્રાહક અધિકાર મુજબ વિનંતીનું મૂલ્યાંકન થશે.
For custom work, verify dimensions, material, thickness, design, finish and fitting requirements before ordering. Requests will be assessed against the specific product or quotation terms and applicable consumer rights.
રિફંડની પ્રક્રિયા / Refund process
રિફંડ મંજૂર થાય ત્યારે રકમ, પદ્ધતિ અને પ્રક્રિયાનો અપેક્ષિત સમય સંપર્ક દ્વારા જણાવવામાં આવશે. Razorpayથી થયેલી પેમેન્ટનો રિફંડ ઉપલબ્ધ gateway પ્રક્રિયા મુજબ કરવામાં આવે છે. બેંક અથવા પેમેન્ટ પ્રદાતાને રકમ દેખાડવામાં વધારાનો સમય લાગી શકે છે. સ્થિતિ જાણવા ઓર્ડર અને પેમેન્ટ સંદર્ભ આપો.
For an approved refund, we will communicate the amount, method and expected processing time. Razorpay payments are refunded through the available gateway process. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Use your order and payment references for status enquiries.
પેમેન્ટ કપાયું પણ ઓર્ડર ન દેખાય / Payment debited without an order
ફરી પેમેન્ટ કરતાં પહેલાં ઓર્ડરની સ્થિતિ તપાસો અને અમારો સંપર્ક કરો. ટ્રાન્ઝેક્શન સંદર્ભ આપો; PIN, OTP, પાસવર્ડ અથવા સંપૂર્ણ કાર્ડ વિગતો મોકલશો નહીં.
Check order status and contact us before paying again. Share the transaction reference, but never send a PIN, OTP, password or full card details.
