પ્રથમ ઉપલબ્ધતા ચકાસો / Check availability first
ગેટ, જાળી, શેડ, રેલિંગ અને CNC કામના માપ, વજન અને સ્થળ પ્રમાણે ડિલિવરીની વ્યવસ્થા બદલાય છે. તમારા પિનકોડ, ગામ/શહેર અને જરૂરી મટિરિયલ સાથે સંપર્ક કરીને ઉપલબ્ધતા, પરિવહન ચાર્જ અને અપેક્ષિત સમય ચકાસો.
Delivery depends on the dimensions, weight and destination of gates, panels, sheds, railings and CNC work. Contact us with your postcode, village/city and material requirements to confirm availability, transport charges and the expected schedule.
ચાર્જ અને સમય / Charges & timing
ડિલિવરીને આપમેળે મફત ગણશો નહીં. ક્વોટ અથવા checkoutમાં બતાવેલી લાગુ વિગતો ચકાસો. કસ્ટમ બનાવટ માટે તૈયારીનો સમય અને પરિવહનનો સમય અલગ હોઈ શકે છે. ફિટિંગ, અનલોડિંગ અથવા સાઇટ પરના કામની જરૂર હોય તો ક્વોટ લેતી વખતે ખાસ જણાવો.
Do not assume delivery is free. Check the applicable details in your quotation or checkout. Custom fabrication lead time and transit time may differ. Specify any fitting, unloading or on-site work when requesting a quotation.
દુકાનેથી પિકઅપ / Workshop pickup
પિકઅપ માટે આવતાં પહેલાં ઓર્ડર તૈયાર છે કે નહીં, સમય અને ચોક્કસ લોકેશન ફોન/WhatsAppથી ચકાસો. વસ્તુના માપ અને વજનને અનુરૂપ વાહન/વ્યવસ્થા સાથે આવો.
Before collecting an order, confirm that it is ready and arrange the collection time and exact location by phone or WhatsApp. Arrange transport suitable for the item dimensions and weight.
સરનામું અને પ્રાપ્તી / Address & receipt
ઓર્ડર પહેલાં નામ, મોબાઇલ, સરનામું અને પિનકોડ ચકાસો. વસ્તુ મળતાં વસ્તુ, નંગ અને દેખાતી સ્થિતિ તપાસો. નુકસાન કે તફાવત જણાય તો ઓર્ડર નંબર અને ફોટા સાથે તરત સંપર્ક કરો.
Verify the recipient name, mobile, address and postcode before ordering. Check the items, quantity and visible condition on receipt. Contact us promptly with the order number and photos if you find damage or a discrepancy.
